Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
CF Continuous fill / overflow fault High Excess water escapes the mold or reservoir tray and drains onto the floor beneath the ice maker, often appearing as a growing puddle under the kick plate. View DE Door open too long Medium Ice maker door or the refrigerator door containing the ice maker is visibly ajar or not fully latched. View FD Freeze cycle timed out High The ice maker completes fill cycles and the compressor runs, but no ice cubes or nuggets are harvested because the mold temperature never drops low enough to trigger the harvest cycle. View FF Frost buildup / defrost fault High Heavy white frost is visible on the walls of the ice maker compartment, the evaporator fins, or on surfaces that should remain frost-free during normal operation, often extending beyond the mold tray area. View HF Harvest / ejection cycle failed Medium When the unit door is opened during or after a failed harvest attempt, a full sheet or individual cubes are visible frozen to the mold or evaporator grid and have not dropped into the storage bin. View OP Full bin or optical sensor fault Low The ice maker halts all production and the display shows OP even though the storage bin visibly contains little or no ice, indicating the sensor is falsely reporting a full-bin condition rather than the bin actually being full. View TF Temperature too warm in compartment High Ice production has slowed significantly or stopped entirely, with the ice bin noticeably lower than usual. View
