Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

E1 Induction temp sensor fault High The affected induction zone cuts power suddenly during cooking, leaving food partially heated with no warning other than the error display. View E2 Inter-zone communication fault Medium The affected induction zone does not respond when power level is adjusted, and the zone indicator dims or extinguishes despite the cooktop remaining powered on. View E3 Overheating / thermal cutout triggered High One or more cooking zones stop heating mid-use, and the cooktop surface feels unusually hot compared to normal operation. View E4 Supply voltage out of range High Every cooking zone loses power at the same moment, bringing all cooking to an immediate stop regardless of what power level was selected. View E5 Power supply fault / voltage error High Cooktop shuts off unexpectedly during cooking, with E5 displayed on the zone or main control panel. View E6 Touch control panel fault Medium All touch zones on the control panel stop responding to finger contact, making it impossible to adjust power levels, set timers, or turn zones on or off. View F9 Gas igniter timeout High The electronic igniter clicks continuously for several seconds but the burner does not ignite, leaving the gas valve closed and the burner cold. View
