Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
CC Compressor control fault High Without a running compressor, the ZIR column refrigerator or ZIF column freezer compartment gradually warms toward room temperature as stored thermal mass is depleted. View DE Door open too long Low The Monogram column door — which spans the full height of the unit — is not completely closed, allowing a gap between the door gasket and frame. View FF Frozen evaporator / defrost fail High The ZIR column refrigerator or ZIF column freezer cannot cool to within range of the set point; food in the column is warmer than expected. View HI Compartment temperature too high High The primary observable indicator is the HI error code on the Monogram ZIR or ZIF digital display, often accompanied by an audible multi-tone alarm. The displayed actual temperature will show a value well above the set point. View PF Power failure detected Low The most visible and immediately obvious symptom is the PF notification on the ZIR or ZIF control panel display appearing immediately after power is restored. This is the unit's way of informing the user that a power interruption occurred. View SY EF Evaporator fan system fault High The compressor and evaporator coil are operating, but without fan circulation cold air does not distribute through the column compartment and temperatures rise. View TC Temperature sensor fault Medium The Monogram column control panel displays dashes (- -) or wildly fluctuating temperature numbers instead of stable readings, indicating the sensor signal is absent or erratic.
