Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
F1 Touchpad / keypad fault Medium The microwave does not respond correctly to button presses, starts unexpectedly, or cycles through functions without any user input. View F2 Cavity over-temperature High The unit abruptly halts a cooking cycle before the timer finishes. Attempting to start a new cycle results in F2 displaying immediately. View F3 Humidity sensor fault Low The microwave refuses to begin any cooking cycle that relies on sensor input, such as "Sensor Cook" or "Auto Reheat," displaying F3 instead. View F4 Magnetron thermal cutoff tripped High The turntable rotates and the interior light is on, but food placed inside remains cold because the magnetron is not producing microwave energy. View F5 Door switch / latch fault High The microwave door fails to snap firmly into the closed position, or can be jiggled noticeably without triggering a latch, indicating worn or broken latch hooks. View F6 Touchpad / membrane switch failure Medium Microwave does not respond normally to touchpad input — some keys are unresponsive, produce wrong functions, or register without being pressed. View F7 Relay board fault High Microwave runs but does not heat food — the turntable may spin and the light may work, but no microwave energy is produced. View SE Shorted / stuck key on touchpad Medium The appliance emits a rapid or continuous series of beeps as though a button is being held down, even when no one is touching the control panel. View
